Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this document, "duit666", "we", "platform" and "website" refer to the online betting platform accessed through the official duit666 domain. "User", "you" and "player" refer to any individual who registers for or uses the services of this platform.

The financial terms that apply to all accounts are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for all payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes once the request is approved
• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or payment method in the name of the registered user

duit666 reserves the right to delay or withhold any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering or a violation of the terms of use. Users may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or bank statement before a withdrawal is approved.

All transactions are recorded and retained in accordance with our privacy policy. Funds in a user's account do not earn interest and are not considered a financial deposit.

Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover Requirements

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, low-risk betting specifically designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, and any other form of misuse as determined by the platform. duit666 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts suspected of abuse.

General Betting Rules

Users agree to use the duit666 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and within their own financial means. The use of any third-party software, automated bots, external calculation tools or mechanisms intended to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in certain situations recognised by the platform, such as technical errors resulting in incorrect odds or results being displayed. In such situations, duit666 reserves the right to cancel or adjust the affected bets.

The duit666 VIP Programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each offering weekly cashback of between 0.2% and 0.8% depending on gaming activity. Players can move up to higher tiers based on continued activity on the platform.

Intellectual Property Rights and Platform Content

All content found on the duit666 platform, including but not limited to interface design, graphics, text, logos, brand names and databases, is the exclusive property of duit666 or parties that have licensed it to us. This content is protected under international copyright law.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish or exploit any part of this platform's content without written consent from duit666. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Account Suspension, Closure and Restriction

• Cheated, colluded with others to gain an unfair advantage, or manipulated game outcomes

Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any remaining balance, bonuses or unprocessed winnings. duit666 reserves the right to hold any funds linked to fraudulent activity while an investigation is carried out.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
